Candle Light Poinsettia
Hello, friends and happy Saturday!! I have a card to share with you today featuring some Scrappy Tails Crafts products! As soon as I saw the Candle Light Poinsettia Stamp Set, I knew that I wanted to create a window scene with it!
I began by stamping the Candle Light Poinsettia Stamp Set onto white card stock with Copic-friendly black ink. I ended up using every image from the stamp set! After coloring the images with Copic markers, I cut them out using their Coordinating Dies.
To add some interest to the background, I scored some lines onto a panel of gray card stock with a score board and a bone folder. Then, I adhered it to a white top-folding card base. I die-cut the window from white card stock (this could also be done with rectangle dies). I adhered navy blue card stock behind the window and white heat embossed my sentiment on the top right corner.
The candles and poinsettias were adhered with a a combination of liquid glue and foam tape. Snow was added with a white gel pen and some gold stickles was added to the centers of the poinsettias. Lastly, I added crystal glaze to the flames and berries for a little bit of shine.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great Thanksgiving weekend!
