What are your Shipping and Handling
Processing Times?
The time to prepare an order for shipping may vary, but we aim
to ship most orders within 1-2 business days after the order is
received. Please note that during peak times, during new release
weeks and especially during the holidays, fulfillment times may
be longer. Orders leave our facilities Monday through Fridays
with the exception of US postal holidays.

What are your shipping charges?
How are shipping rates 
calculated?
We offer free standard USPS shipping within the US for all
purchases of $75 or more. For all other orders, shipping rates are
determined by weight and size, and are based on desired
delivery speed. Our shopping cart calculator automatically
calculates the shipping price on your order. We may upgrade
your shipping and/or refund shipping overages, if appropriate.

What is your shipping method?
We ship all of our orders via USPS (United States Postal
Service). We may use flat rate mailers. Most items are shipped
via USPS First Class Mail. When possible, we may upgrade
your package to USPS Priority Shipping.

Can I track my order?
All orders will receive a tracking number. You will receive your
tracking number at the time of shipment. If you can’t locate your
tracking number via email or on your account, please contact us

When will my package arrive?
The below are general guidelines, but not delivery guarantees.
(Please note that First Class Mail does not have a guaranteed
delivery window). During major holidays or high-peak shopping
season, please plan on additional time to receive your order:

USA Estimated Shipping Times:
First Class Mail: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

International Estimated Shipping Times:
Shipping Times vary by country/location and may take 6-8 weeks
Shipping times can further be delayed by import and customs
First Class Mail: 7-21 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-15 Business Days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are very excited to ship internationally. Please see
important delivery times above. Items are send as commercial
packages, which may impact customs and import fees.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, import duties or
taxes that may apply. Scrappy Tails Crafts is not responsible for
lost or missing packages or customs delays. Tracking is only
available while the package is still in transit within the USA.
