3 Cards 1 Kit - Winter Flurries

Hello crafty friends, I'm sharing three cards that I made today using the gorgeous limited edition Winter Flurries Card Kit !

To start, I took a piece of watercolor card stock and some of my Distress Mica sprays to create two shimmery backgrounds.

For my first card, I die cut the tree from the "Christmas Church" die set included in the card kit from green card stock and adhered some scrap white card stock behind it for added dimension. I added gems of different sizes to the tree for ornaments. I also added a gold star to the top of the tree, and adhered it to the center of one of my sprayed backgrounds.

Next, I hot foiled 'Be Merry' from The Bold Christmas Sentiments foil plate and adhered it to the base of my tree. Once dry, I added my panel to a top folding white note card.

For my second card, I die cut another tree and adhered holographic card stock behind it. This added a beautiful shine to the ornaments that die cut out of the tree. I adhered the tree to the center of my second sprayed panel. I added glitter pen to the star on the tree and a brown pot included in the same die set.

Next, I added my panel to a side folding white notecard, then created a side folding notecard from acetate. I white heat embossed a sentiment from the 6 x 8 stamp set included in the card kit then tied to my two notecards together using metallic thread.

My last card was inspired by a recent Jennifer McGuire video. I made a note card from vellum, and embossed it with a geometric embossing folder from my stash. Then, I die cut four circles and adhered them back to back for dimension. I glued the circles to the center of my notecard, and stamped a sentiment from the card kit on the bottom of the circle.

I die cut the sweet church from the same die set from beige card stock. I die cut the doors and steps from taupe card stock, the windows from vellum and black card stock and adhered everything together. I added some glitter pen to the windows and roof for a snowy look and added black gems to the door for door handles. I die cut a wreath and bow, also included in the same die set, which I doubled up for a fuller look. I embellished the wreath with gold gems and adhered it to the door of my church. I added black pen and glossy accents to the cross of the church and then adhered the church to my white stacked circle.

Let me know which is your favorite card in the comments below :-) Have a nice week and Merry Christmas!
