Babys Breath Spotlight Card
Hi everyone, Ilina here!
Today, I am sharing a super colorful card using the Assorted Leaves Die set along with the Easter Lilies stamp set (for the sentiment).
To make the card, start by cutting ¼” strips of colored card stock of your choice. They need to be at least 4” long. This is a great way to use up your scraps. I decided to use 7 colors and arranged them in rainbow order.
Cut a piece of white card stock to 4” x 5 ¼”. Adhere the strips starting from the bottom going up. Cut off the excess that’s hanging on the sides The strips will take 1 ¾” in height. Cut piece of gray card stock measuring 4” x 3 ¾”. Adhere above the strips. Stamp the sentiment using Versamark ink and emboss it in white. Then, set the panel aside.
For dimension, die cut 3 of the “baby breath” image from white card stock from the Assorted leaves die set. Adhere them together to create a more dimensional look. Once it’s dry apply a shimmer pen for extra interest.
Adhere to the gray and stripes panel and trim the excess.
Using craft foam adhere the panel to a top folding white note card.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and hope you have an amazing day!
