Christmas Trifold Pop up Cards

Our new Christmas collection includes our gorgeous new"A7 Pop up Trifold" die set, which can be used year round! To coordinate with it, we created three trifold Christmas bundles, our Winterscape bundle, our Christmas House bundle and our Nativity bundle!
Below, I am sharing our new release product showcase video to provide you with loads of Pop up Trifold examples that my mom and I made. I am also attaching video tutorials that each feature one of the new Trifold bundles from the new release!

Winterscape Bundle

In the video tutorial above, I share how to build a simple trifold pop up using the dies from our new Winterscape bundle.

In order to create these unique cards, you'll need to purchase our main "A7 Pop up Trifold" base die set. Our Winterscape bundle includes the main base set. However, you can buy the die set separately if you like any of the other bundles in this collection.

The front of the card features the main window from our new "Winter Trifold Window" die set. I decorated the window with various dies included in our "A7 Christmas House die set" and our "Sleeping Cat and Dog" die set. The sentiment is from the "Trifold Deer & Trees" die set.

I cut through the base using the coordinating window panel die. This allows me to see through the window onto the next section of the trifold. On the back side, I added the exact same window. I glued the window layers "backwards" to get the mirror window image. This allowed me to glue both windows back to back with a sheet of acetate sandwiched between to mimic the look of glass.

On the right wing trifold, I added a simple snowfall embossed panel, an arched branchy tree background panel, a deer and a tree.

Here's a look at the magic behind our new A7 Pop up Trifold. The center piece folds down to reveal a gorgeous three-dimensional scene. With the main Trifold Base, you can decorate it with whatever stamps and dies you may already have!

I decorated my center piece with another snowfall embossed panel, an arched branchy tree panel layered ontop, some grey, white and silver trees, and a beautiful logged cabin in the front.

The right wing features another snowfall embossed panel, an arched branchy tree panel, a deer and a silver branchy tree.

Another way you can use the main base die set, is to create simple 3D fold down scene cards. All you need is one base piece, and the pull down piece attached to the bottom. As long as you use your bridges in between your layers this card will also stand upright!

These are a lot faster to create and are just as beautiful. The fold up part, is also a great place to add a sentiment/custom message!

I assembled the fold down scene exactly the same way I did for the fold down Trifold scene!

Trifold Christmas House Bundle

Our new "Trifold Christmas House" bundle is perfect for those of you who love decorating your houses for Christmas. I love how customizable the dies are in this set. You can really build your houses to match your recipients house! These also make great Holiday cards for realtors and new home buyers!

The front of the trifold was entirely decorated with the dies included in our new "Trifold Christmas House" die set. The garland cascading across the roof is from our new "Christmas House Staircase" die set. The embossed brick background was created with our new "A7 Embossed Brick Background" die.

The right wing flap features a simple oval die cut for a place to write a custom message.

The inside left wing features our new "Christmas House Staircase" die set. This set also includes the window and curtains image.

The inside right wing features our new "Christmas House Tree & Chair" die set.

The center trifold pull down features the fireplace from the main "A7 Christmas House Trifold" die set. The main die includes the cute stockings and all the detailed layering pieces! The sentiment, the garland above the fireplace and the  cat and dog images are from our new "Sleeping Cat and Dog" die set.

Trifold Nativity Bundle

For those of you who enjoy creating cards that express the true meaning of Christmas, you'll love our Trifold Nativity bundle.

Instead of paper piecing all of my Nativity characters/animals, I opted to color the main die cut images with my Copic markers! I did add a few gold mirror die cut accents on the wise men, camels and the donkey.

The base was constructed using the dies included in the "A7 Trifold Nativity" die set. This set includes the gorgeous arched base pieices. Every panel of the Trifold was decorated with a gorgeous ink blended starry sky background a gold arched frame to go around.

The front of the card was further decorated with various dies included in the "City of Bethlehem" die set.

The front right flap was decorated with another oval to write a custom message, a wise man and a simple sand hill at the bottom.

Now, this card has to be my favorite. I mean, look at those ink blended starry backgrounds!
All of the Trifold wings were decorated with the various Nativity images included in the "Nativity Trifold" die set. This set includes every image you'd need to build a classic Nativity scene with including Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, the manger, the three wise men, sheep and a donkey.
I did add a camel and a shepherd to the scene. They're both part of the new "Nativity Camels" die set.
