Clean and Simple Valentine Card with Cake Pops

Hi everyone!
Today I have a sweet card for you. I love cake Pops so the new Scrappy Tails 'Sweet Treats' 6x8 stamp set was right up my alley!
I decided to use the 3 cake pops from the stamp set to make a clean and simple card.
I am giving away a "Sweet Treats" stamp and coordinating die set over on my Instagram page, check it out and be sure to enter!

To make the card, start by stamping the three images on watercolor paper and embossing them with clear embossing powder. Watercolor using a watercolor medium of your choice. I used watercolor pens along with some glitter watercolors for the small hearts, sprinkles and the little sticks.

Once colored, I die cut them using the coordinating dies I also die cut 3 additional layers and stacked them behind my colored ones for added dimension.

I cut a piece of white card stock measuring 4" x 5 1/4" and stamped the sentiment. I adhered the cake pops and several enamel hearts as embellishment.

Finally, I adhered the whole panel to a light pink card base. I used 3 additional pieces of card stock on the back to create more dimension.

I hope you all like my card, Happy Valentine's Day!
