Clean and Simple Cookie Card
Hi crafters, Joy here today sharing a clean and simple card design that features die cutting and simple stamping. I made this card for my husband right before heading out of town, so it had to be quick and easy! Don't you love it when a card comes together seamlessly, I do!
Video Tutorial
If you’d like to see the entire process, please feel free to watch my video tutorial!
For this card, I started by die the cookies that are included in the Sweet Desserts die set. I used a dark brown card stock for the base layer and a kraft card stock for the top layer. To add a little bit of dimension and realism, I blended Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink along the edges of each cookie.
Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Sweet Treats 6x8 stamp set with the same brown ink towards the top center. After that, I blended Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink in the bottom left corner to make the cookies pop a bit.
That's it! This card only took a few minutes to put together, and my hubby loved it! Thank you for stopping by today, see you next time.
