Easter Lily Tri-Fold Card

Hey Y'all!!!  So excited to showcase another beautiful card as part of the Design Team for Scrappy Tails Crafts. I created this card with a beautiful stamp set called Easter Lilies. I also used the coordinating dies. Lilies are my absolute favorite flower.  Actually, I have a tattoo of lilies on the back of my shoulder.  All the details for this card are below (including links).  

  

I started by coloring the Lilies. Here is the copic marker combination that I used:

 

COPIC MARKERS:

• Lillies (R89, R46, YR18, YR15, Y15, Y11)

• Leaves (YG67, YG17, YG23, YG01)

  The card base is a pretty yellow card stock, layered with white lattice and more yellow card stock along with the lilies.  I scored the front 1/2 of the card and bent it back on itself. It's Sort of a modified Z-Fold.

Once I used the die to cut the lilies out, I created leaves from green card stock for the background on the lattice using the Scrappy Tails Crafts "Assorted Leaves" die set.   This die set is so versatile.  You get so many different types of leaves! I Made a small 'vase' on the front panel from yellow and pumpkin colored card stock using the 'Basket Pop Up Card' die set. I Used the leftover material for the center section. I Just glued the basket weave on top of the lattice for a little dimension. 
Lilies are my absolute favorite flower.  Hopefully they'll be in bloom soon!
