Fairytale Pop up Shadow Box Book

Hey Y'all!!! So excited to showcase another a beautiful project as part of the Design Team for Scrappy Tails Crafts. To say I'm obsessed with this book die set would be an understatement. It comes with everything you need to make a beautiful gift. This particular book closes with a magnet. How easy and fun! And it's filled with beautiful fairies flying around by the light of the moon! All the details for making this card yourself are below (including links).

What would you imagine a book from William Shakespeare to look like? I imagine purple and gold. Can't you just see this beautiful gold book up on a bookshelf? Something royalty might have. Even better it's filled with beautiful fairies flying around by the light of the moon!

I started with this absolutely COOL ‘A7 Book Pop Up' Die set from Scrappy Tails Crafts. To see how the book is constructed, check out Sabrina's Youtube video tutorial HERE.
All the additional stamps & dies I used are also from Scrappy Tails Crafts including:

All of the stamped images were gold heat embossed on cream cardstock. The purple frame of the shadow box was cut from the Ivy Branch A7 Coverplate. The back wall of the shadow box features a light purple background where I hot foiled the Fairy Dust Swirl Hot foil plate. I added some cool looking webbed fabric for texture in my shadow box. I feel It gives the scene such a magical feel! On the left side of the book, I added the large Fairy Girl stamped image along with a few sentiments from the same stamp set.

Thank you so much for reading my blog post today!

Your card is beautiful! I’d like to know how did you or what did you use to use for the book claps? Which set includes the book closure mechanism? I have recently discovered this die and I would love to make these books for sale. I’m just curious, what is it going rate for one of these books?
