Haunted House Slimline Card

Hello Friends! Waleska Galindo here!!! Are you excited for Halloween?? Well, I am! Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays and Halloween Cards are my favorite to make. Today, I will be sharing a card inspired by the amazing Halloween invitations Sabrina just shared. I hope you like it!
CARD DETAILS
To start this card, I die cut the main pieces from the "Slimline Bird house Pop Up" die, in white and grey card stock. The windows come in the Scrappy Tails
Slimline Neighborhood House Add-on" die set. The door comes in the Scrappy Tails "Fairy House Add-on" die set. The rest of my Halloween themed images come from various Tim Holtz Halloween dies.
I used a score board to score every 1/2 inch to create the look of shiplap on the main house shaped card base. Then, with Distress Ink "Pumice Stone" and "Black Soot" mini ink cubes I added color to this pieces to make it look old and spooky. I did some additional ink blending on the chimney, roof, door and brown boards.
I cut some scary ghosts from Tim Holtz and adhered them inside of each of the windows. I also added some wood pieces so the ghosts don't fly away. As you might have already guessed, I wanted to make this look like a haunted house! I also added one ghost flying out of the chimney. Oh no, he escaped!
I finished by assembling my house with the side connector pieces and the back of the house that come in the "Slimline Bird House Pop up" Die set. Then, I added some bats and a spooky fence. I love how this haunted house. It looks so super spooky and fun!
I can't wait for Sabrina's next year's Halloween release!
I hope you have an amazing day and a fun and spooky Halloween this weekend thank you so much for stopping by!
