Hello, friends!! I hope you’re having a wonderful week!!

Spring is right around the corner, although it is storming in MO right now!! Oh well, April Showers bring May flowers, right? Speaking of flowers, I have a sweet card to share with you for Scrappy Tails Crafts today!!

I began by die-cutting the arbor and gate from heavyweight white cardstock three times using the Scrappy Tails Garden Gate Dies. I stacked and adhered them together for dimension and added them to a watercolored background panel.

Next, I die-cut the vines and flowers from the same Garden Gate Die Set. The bicycle, potted plant and basket come from the A7 Flower Shop Storefront Add-on. The sentiment comes from the Hello Friend Heart Spinner Add-on die set. Everything was cut from watercolor paper and colored in with Karin Pro Markers. I love this loose watercolor style!

For added dimension, I die-cut the bicycle and sentiment three more times from heavyweight white cardstock, and stacked and adhered them together. Once the die-cuts were dry, I adhered everything to my watercolor panel, creating a beautiful spring scene! 

 

 The cute little latches and hinges for the gate are included in the Garden Gate Die Set. They were cut from frosted silver card stock. I added some tiny yellow baubles to the centers of some of the flowers and I was finished!
