Nutcracker Spinner Pop up Card

Hey Y'all!!!  Wow!  Scrappy Tails Crafts has the coolest new pop up spinner cards! They all fold flat for mailing and spin when taken out of the envelope.  Check them out!!  All the details for making this card yourself are below (including links).

I cut the base, bottom and side accordions from Stampin' UP!'s ‘Highland Heather‘ card stock. To see how these cards are built, check out Sabrina's video tutorial HERE
I used a new Scrappy Tails Crafts stencil called the' Music Note Background Stencil‘ to create a fun colorful pattern to go behind my nutcracker and sentiment. I used Distress Oxide inks to apply the ink through the stencil. I used Kitsch Flamingo, Broken China and Seedless Preserves.
From the music note background,  I die cut the smaller spinner die twice, one for the back of the spinner and one for the front of the spinner with the Nutcracker glued on top of each side. This smaller spinner is included in the same 'Slimline Pop up Snow Globe' die set. From the same background, I die cut a trapeze for the base of the snow globe and stamped a sentiment from the 'Nutcracker Ballet' 6x8 stamp set.
The beautiful Nutcracker was created using Scrappy Tails Crafts ‘Slimline Nutcracker Spinner Add-On‘. It's paper pieced together from several colors of Stampin' UP's card stock.  ‘Polished Pink‘, ‘Highland Heather‘, ‘Balmy Blue‘, ‘Gold Foil Sheets‘ and an old piece of textured silver paper that I love. He was finished off with some pearls for decoration.

The gifts and wreaths around the front of the spinner were die cut with the Scrappy Tails Crafts ‘German Christmas House Add-On and the Slimline Christmas Tree Spinner Add-On for Slimline Snowglobe‘.  Cool that you can use the Christmas Tree as one of the spinners too.

Which spinner would you like to see inside the slimline snow globe next?!

Thanks!
