Pastel Easter Egg Card
Hello Friends, Waleska here with a cute pastel card using the Spring Essentials die set. This set comes with 20 dies that you can use to create beautiful Spring and Easter cards. Let me share with you how I created this card today!
CARD DETAILS:
For my card today, I wanted a Clean and Simple look. I started by creating a focal point on the center of my card using one of the Easter eggs from the "Spring Essentials" die set. This egg comes with two layers, a decorative layer and a solid shadow layer. I die cut three eggs with both layers and inked each of them with Salvaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide inks. I inked the back pieces with the same colors.
I adhered the two layers together, alternating the 3 colors. To match my colors, I inked a piece of white card stock with Salvaged Patina on the edges as a matte layer. I inked another smaller panel with Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink in the center. Then, I glued my Easter eggs on top, popping up the center egg with foam tape. Finally, I added a sentiment from the Fairy Sentiments 6x6 stamp set across the center egg and embellished the card with sequins.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you have a great day! Please remember to be happy and crafty!
