Perfume Bottle Pop up Gifts & Cards

Hello everyone! Today I made a set of scent-sational cards for Galentine's Day. Two of my perfume cards are pop ups and can fold flat for mailing. However, I plan to use them as gift bags to hold candies, make up, perfume rollers and gift cards. The pocket between my perfume bases are quite large and can hold a good amount of stuff, so they make great Valentine favors and gifts! My third card is a flat shaped perfume card, it is super unique and perfect for the girly girls in your life! Let's take a look at each of these cards...

Video Tutorial

For a full understanding on how to build these perfume cards, check out my video tutorial above!

My first card showcases almost every die from our new "A2 Perfume Bottle" die set. I started by dry embossing my two yellow perfume bases with an embossing folder. On one base I decorated the front of my bottle with some layered flowers, leaves and a perfume label.

The label was stamped onto a white square with images from our new "Designer Friend Sentiments" 3x4 stamp set. I matted the sentiment with a silver square to help it stand out more.

The centers of the flowers have black flocking on them. It adds a nice fluffy texture to them!

The perfume bottle topper was cut from silver mirror card stock. The base of the topper was decorated with a black bow and a heart button detail.

To turn this into a pop up card/gift bag, I added the pocket die that's included in our new "A7 Pop up Purse" die set between my two perfume bases. To see how the pocket is made, be sure to watch my video tutorial above!

my second card is similar to my first one, this time I used pattern paper as my perfume base. The front of the bottle was decorated with the same poppy flowers, another perfume label and two butterflies.

I created the perfume label with the same "Designer Friend Sentiments" stamp set. I stamped "Happy Galentine's Day" and a frame onto the decorative square die included in the "A2 Perfume Bottle" die set. I matted it with a larger black square to help the sentiment stand out against the striped background.

For another pop of pink, I added two butterflies from our "Garden Flowers" die set and our "Potted Flowers" die set.

I decorated the topper of the bottle with a dainty white bow from our "Potted Flowers" die set and some more poppy flowers. As a finishing touch, I added a few pink gems around the sentiment and butterflies.

My final card is a flat shaped perfume bottle. This is almost a one layer card, perfect for low cost mailing! Believe it or not, but the colorful rose background was created with a stamp, not a patterned paper!

I created the shaped card base by over hanging the perfume base die slightly over a scored heavy weight white card base. Onto the base, I stamped the roses from our "Rose Petals" 6x6 stamp set with Versafine Onyx black ink. I clear heat embossed the stamping and colored it in with my Copic markers.

I made my perfume label with the same "Designer Friend Sentiments" 3x4 stamp set. This set is perfect not only for the perfume bottles, but also our new A7 Pop up purses! The sentiments are perfect for friendship cards and Galentine's Day!

I matted the stamped square with a black one to help it stand out against the busy colored background. I kept the rest of the card simple with just a pink bow and a few more light pink gems.

That finishes off my cards today, thank you for stopping by!

I like all three perfume bottles. They each have their own appeal. Thank you for the inspiration.
