Slimline Tree Trunk Card
Hello Friends, Waleska here to share with you some of the new and beautiful products from the latest Scrappy Tails Crafts Release. The products I used include the Spring Birds 6x8 stamp set and the Slimline Woodgrain Background, I hope you like my card as much as I do!
CARD DETAILS:
To start this card, I die cut the Slimline Woodgrain Background from Kraft cardstock. I inked the cut out pieces with Distress Oxide Ink in Vintage Photo I then glued this background to another kraft cardstock backing. I die cut a circle from the top center to create the look of a tree hole. I inked the circle to be darker with the same Vintage Photo ink. I stamped the branches that come in the Spring Birds stamp set on Kraft cardstock, and hand cut them.
I then stamped and colored the birds from the same stamp set. I was inspired by some beautiful birds I found online.
I then glued the birds and branches to the main panel. I finally added this panel to an orange card base and added some sequins..
