Spinning Butterfly Pop up Card
Hello Friends, Waleska here with a beautiful Butterfly Spinner card! I love the interactive spinner products they are so unique and you can make the most beautiful cards with them.
Today, I will share a super girly spinner card using the A7 Snow Globe Pop up die and the various butterfly dies from the shop too.
CARD DETAILS:
I started by cutting all the pieces you need to create the A7 Snow Globe Pop Up card with heavy weight white card stock. I wanted to create a very bright and dreamy vibe with this card, so I chose to use Distress Oxide inks in colors Salavaged Patina, Kitsch Flamingo and Wilted Violet. I inked all of the base pieces with these colors, and flicked some water on them for some added texture.
After assembling the A7 Snow Globe card, I cut three of the Butterflies from the Flying Butterflies and Sitting Butterflies die set. I cut the butterfly shadow dies with white card stock and inked them up with the same ink colors. I die cut the top outline layers with a silver foil Card stock, I think they turned out so beautiful!
I die cut my centerpiece butterfly twice and glued them back to back, wedging some fishing line in between them so that they can spin! It looks great, like a real butterfly flying!
For the bottom of my card, I added a silver mirror base piece. Then I stamped and die cut the word "Dream" with Kirsch Flamingo ink and my card is all done! This sentiment comes in the "Fairy Sentiments" 6x6 stamp set. I used their coordinating dies to cut the word out.
