Unconventional Pastel Christmas Card
Hello Friends and Happy Thanksgiving weekend! Waleska from craftinglovew here to share some more Christmas card ideas! For my card today, I used some non-traditional colors to create an unconventional Christmas card. I hope you like it!
CARD DETAILS:
I started by die cutting the A7 Pine Needle and Holly Leaf Cover plate from white card stock. I used Salvaged Patina to add some color to the holly frame, I also inked a background panel with the same ink, letting it fade into white in the center.
From the same die set, I cut the largest ornament twice from white card stock, and colored them in pink and purple. I cut the ornament toppers and some accent stars from gold glitter card stock.
I used some gold thread for ornament hangers. I love that it looks like they're hanging from the pine needles. Once everything was glued, I splattered everything with gold watercolor paint. Finally, I added a sentiment from the Christmas Icons 4x6 Stamp set!
Thank you so much for stopping by today, see you next time!
