Vintage Snowman Tag
Hello my crafty friends! Today, I'd like to share with you a large Christmas tag I made using some new and old Scrappy Tails Crafts goodies! Let's take a look...
I started by cutting a large tag from cream card stock. I used the "Slimline Snowlake Corner" stencil to blend some tea dye Distress Oxide ink onto the tag for extra interest. Then, I splattered it with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints.
Next, I die cut all the pieces I needed to create my scene from the super cute "Layering snowman duo" die set. After paper piecing my die cuts, I glued them on the tag base.
I stamped a sentiment from the "German Winter Village" 6x6 stamp set with red ink above my snowman. I added a Winter touch by applying some white grit paste here and there with my fingers.
I can't wait to put this tag on a special gift this year! Thank you so much for passing by and I hope to see you soon!
