We are so excited to introduce our first of two 2025 Christmas/ Winter Holiday product lines this October. This posting here is an add-on die set to further decorate our A7 sized (5x7 inch) Polar Express Pop Up Card Metal Craft Die Set (sold separately) and specifically to adorn the Polar Express Caboose Metal Craft Die (also sold separately).

This set here gives you 3 good sized Elf characters that were specifically designed to fit onto the top of the Polar Express Cabooses. You will get loads of tiny layering pieces that will be paper pieced together into three different and iconic Christmas Elf characters. Included is of course a Girl Elf, complete in her dashing Christmas dress and her cute little elf hat. She is definitely very stylish. Then. We have a mischievous little Elf guy - who looks best when sitting right on the top edge of the caboose or please consider sitting him onto a cute gift package. Lastly, we have a well dressed little Elf, who is ringing a little bell in his hand. They are the perfect little team. They are funny, sweet and heartwarming and we are convinced that you will pull these little elves out for other Christmas paper craft projects as well, but you will definitely add them to your favorite Polar Express train projects. You can dress them up in so many colors and use your favorite glitter and foil paper for little accessories to really dress them up festively for the holidays. Santa and his reindeer as well as a cute little miniature elf and a mini showman. They are drawn in a very traditional “North Pole style” and will bring a smile to the recipient of your train projects.

This Metal Craft Die can be combined with any other products/ images from our latest Polar Express Christmas Train collection, which released in October 2025 and that are sold separately.

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
