We are excited to Introduce a new pop up to our line up of interactive dies. Please meet our A7 Haunted House Pop Up card for your Halloween card-making enjoyment. This die is a massive die that comes on two full sized metal die sheets. The set includes everything to make a beautiful large sized haunted house pop up card along with all of the accessories and layering pieces, so that you may decorate your haunted house to your liking.

The house has loads of little details, right down to the windows that cut out and the layering window frames so that you can add a yellow or gold color of card stock or even velum for your windows for this extra glow (as though your haunted house is lid up from the inside). Similarly your wrap around porch and your balcony cuts details that allow you to paper piece another color behind the banisters to make them appear to be three dimensional. Other elements can also be layered up including the different little roofs, the little chimney, the door, the bottom brick around the house. We included the solid house die as well to make the scene building more easy for you. Also included are two friendly little ghosts and a sweet little cat. Every detail was immaculately thought through for an amazingly awesome looking haunted house.

The house stands a little over 5 inches tall, which allows you to add flying bats or even ghosts to the top of your 3d design and still fall within the parameters of a standard 5x7 envelope. In addition to the house, you will also receive a wrap around “spear like” spooky Halloween fence, that is pre-scored to create the outer parameters of your pop up card design. You will also receive a “grassy” looking die, that will fit perfectly inside your fenced in front lawn and create the bridge that will hold all of your elements and characters that are mingling in the front yard. Consider to purchase one of the coordinating character sets, like the Halloween Character Trio, the Dancing Skeletons or the Dancing Witches to add to your front lawn pop up bridge. You can add one or two of these bridges to your design and really fill your haunted mansion with a long roster of invited guests. Lastly, in this huge die set, we are also including a big gnarly Halloween looking bare tree, which too can be set up on one of your bridges on the front lawn of your haunted mansion or it can be glued behind your haunted house for added height and as a landing spot for some crows or ravens or perhaps for a little kitten to climb up on.

This haunted house can be an easy 3D, shaped or traditional flat card design, if you are not into pop up card scenes. As always, our pop up cards fold flat for easy mailing. We recommend to mail all of your pop up or dimensional cards in bubble mailers and identify them as “fragile, handle with care”, so that the post office may deliver your designs to your final recipient unharmed.

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
