Our Sliced Birthday Cake die set includes every layering piece you need to build a fabulous sliced cake. You can mix and match the decorations to create your own customized die cut cakes for all of your Birthday and/or wedding card designs! Our Sliced Birthday Cake Metal Craft die set includes every layering piece you need to build a fabulous sliced cake. You can mix and match the decorations to create your own customized die cut cakes for Birthday and/or wedding card designs! The die set also includes a plate, a fork and a few little flower images to accent your cakes. 

This wonderful die set can be combined with our other Birthday images and our upcoming Birthday pet collection, releasing in March 2025.

The completed Trifold pop up card will fit in a standard US A7 sized envelope. These cards will be very dimensional and were designed to accommodate the additional thickness created by the pop up design. We strongly recommend to mail your projects and cards in a secure bubble mailer, marked as “fragile” to hopefully bypass the post offices “evil” metering devices that like to smoosh three dimensional cards.

We will be sharing technique tutorials and many beautiful trifold pop up card samples on our YouTube channel and our design team is also ready to create some fabulous trifold cards this year- so please keep your eye open on our social media and on our Facebook fan page. 

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
