You asked for new Add-Ons and you patiently waited and they have finally arrived… in total, Scrappy Tails is releasing 5 new Add-Ons for the upcoming spring holidays of St Patrick’s Day and Easter.

This set here is the Easter Chicks Add-On Metal Craft Die, which coordinates with the A7 Pumpkin Pop Up Card Metal Craft Die, that was released by Scrappy Tails Crafts in the Fall Of 2023 (that die set is sold separately). This new add-on here creates not just one, but two additional fun character faces, specifically two adorable Easter chicks, which gives you some additional fun pop up card ideas for our favorite Easter Holiday. One cute little chick is just hatching from the egg and has some egg shells on the bottom of the character as well as on its head. The other little chick is “playing dress up”… it borrowed some adorable little bunny ears and they fit perfectly on the little chick’s head. There are a couple different face options either with squinting eyes or with big bright and bushy eyelashes. Oh my goodness, these little characters are way too cute to just create one or two. The little chicks have a couple small accessories with them, which includes a couple little mini flowers and little Easter eggs.

As with all of the A7 pumpkin pop up card faces and characters, you can use an optional rubber-band at the bottom of the main pumpkin pop up die before you finish assembling your card. The rubber-band goes on the designated inside slits of your pumpkin in order to have this little Easter chicks pop right out of the envelope. This little true pop up element will be a really fun surprise when your recipient removes the pop up card from the envelope. It literally, magically pops into a round shape in front of your recipient’s eyes.

All of these add-on sets will be selling very quickly. Our Fall/Halloween and Winter/Christmas sets went into preorder status multiple times as soon as these pop up Pumpkins were released last year. Please collect them all and have fun with assembling these new fun creations.

Directions for metal craft die use:

1. Gently remove the metal craft die from it’s packaging
2. Using your favorite die-cutting machine, lay a piece of strong card-stock facing the sharp edges of the die and run the required “plate sandwich” through your machine (please note that different machines use different die-cutting sandwiches)
3. These dies are thin steel dies and they work in most available manual and automatic die cutting machines, such as your Vagabond, Cuttlebug, Gemini, Gemini junior, Spellbinder’s Platinum, Big Kick, Big Shot etc.
4. Dies work on different thin materials, including paper, cardstock, specialty foiled or glitter papers
